"Above and beyond service"

I had to report a fault with my mirror indicator on my Mercedes GLA.

The staff were first class in helping. I had the pleasure of meeting A young man I was introduced as John Stott working in the service department.

He is a credit to this branch, and in my opinion went above the call of duty.

As no part was available he managed to temporarily get the indicator working, as it was a lease car he checked my warranty and booked the car in to change over the required part.

The service from the receptionist was also great lovely smiling staff at this branch.

Thank you very much Mercedes Sunderland top marks and thank you for the lovely cup of tea while I was waiting..
