"Long Waits"

When you are eventually able to book an appointment (long wait time for your preferred doctor) the wait time in the surgery is unacceptable (50 minutes last time)

Seeing the nurse is even worse always wait times of more than 15 minutes, the "blood nurse" is even worse as it is a first come first served basis.

Certainly room for improvement.

This surgery was once one of the best in the area..
